Welcome to Ben's Rock Climbing Clinic

If you have never climbed before or usually climb on an indoor climbing wall, come and experience climbing in the beautiful Burren, Co. Clare. Bens Rockclimbing Clinic offers courses and one off sessions for all levels, you can climb, abseil and push your boundaries higher than you ever thought you could.

No experience is needed. We provide all equipment and instruction to help you have a safe fun experience in a unique setting. Don’t worry if your nervous about heights we build up the level slowly so you gain confidence as you go

Rockclimbing lessons generally run for two hours (other packages available) with a basic introduction to equipment, safety procedures and climbing techniques. Normally beginners get 2 to 3 climbs and an abseil or two in this time. However it does depend on the group a little.

We climb at Ballyryan or Ailladie (more advanced), but we also us The Scailp as a bad weather option as it is quite sheltered

Courses and sessions are available during the week, a summer evening spent climbing and watching the sun set over the Aran Islands is hard to beat and the perfect tonic after a tough day at work. More advanced courses and sessions can be arranged. School, youth or other groups can be catered fo. Climbing can be a great team building and personal development activity.

Ben also runs a surf school, Bens Surf Clinic, which provides quality surf lesson for all levels in Lahinch Co. Clare. As with the climbing all equipment is provided and groups are kept small to give lots of personal attention.
